We specialise in the sales and marketing of feed materials to the livestock industry. Since the early 1980's we have built our business around understanding our customer base at both a local and international level. This has been created around Technical, Nutrition, Manufacturing and Logistical expertise, to efficiently deliver high quality feed materials to the agricultural industry.
Keeping food and drink businesses clear of co-product materials, using our nutritional expertise and our unrivalled market knowledge, are some of the key services offered.
In order to do this, we operate a countrywide network of storage facilities and 4 manufacturing / processing sites in the East Midlands and East Anglia.
Core products within the business come from approximately 6 million tonnes of sugar beet grown in the UK. Over 1 million tonnes of sugar products are produced and 0.5 million tonnes of animal feed products, in the form of Trident Sugar Beet Feed, Pressed Pulp and Molasses. Our high profile sales and marketing campaigns are designed to encourage sales to farmers, through 200 important merchant outlets, compounders, blenders and our sister feed company KW.

The Division has successfully taken its core competencies and offered these services to the food and drinks industry., allowing partners to concentrate on core activity. Examples of this are the marketing agreements with members of the Distilling, Baking, Bio-fuel and Brewing industries.
We continue to explore new ways to maximise the value of co-products. This is important in the quest to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing through conversion of by-products into high-value sustainable feed sources.
