Description
Palatable and high energy feed based on unground sugar beet fibre.
Uses and Benefits
- Suitable for a wide range of stock including dairy cows, beef cattle, calves, horses, pigs and goats.
- Can be fed individually or as an ideal complement to other feed materials.
- High in digestible fibre which helps to promote stable rumen conditions.
- Nearly 90% of the fibre is digestible for ruminants and pigs. There is a greater proportion of by-pass protein in Trident Maxibeet Pellets than barley.
- Ready to use without the need for milling or rolling.
- Should be soaked for a minimum of 24 hours before feeding to horses.
- Encourages the intake of other less palatable feeds.
- Improves milk quality.
- Encourages early dry food intake in young animals.
- Highly effective effluent absorbent for grass silage.
- Maxibeet should only be fed as part of a mix to sheep and lambs
